Private Parties - £275
Our private hire parties are a great way to celebrate with family and friends while enjoying full private use of Munchkins!
About Our Private Parties
You have full private use for a party run time of 2 hours. Our private hire party costs £275 and is available for a maximum of 25 children.
Please note a £100 deposit (non-refundable) is required to secure your date.
When?
Saturdays & Sundays
Party time slots available:
Saturday
12.30pm – 2.30pm (12.15pm arrival and 2.45pm vacate time)
3.30pm – 5.30pm (3.15pm arrival and 5.45pm vacate time)
Sunday
9.30am – 11.30am (9.15am arrival and 11.45am vacate time)
12.30pm – 2.30pm (12.15pm arrival and 2.45pm vacate time)
3.30pm – 5.30pm (3.15pm arrival and 5.45pm vacate time)
Your party must be cleared away and all guests promptly left by your vacate time.
You have access to Munchkins 15 mins before your party start time to bring in any decorations etc, but anything brought in must be removed by your party finish time.
Please note we have other parties running throughout the day, so for the enjoyment of every party we host here at Munchkins, it is really important that timings are adhered to. Parties that run over their allocated time slot may incur additional costs. Thankyou!
Food and drink
Food is not included in the price but we can offer children’s grazing platters or a hot food option for a cost £5 per head. We also offer adult grazing platters for a cost of £5.50 a head.
Our cafe will be open throughout the duration of your party if guests wish to purchase any food of drink from our cafe party menu.
Please note the cafe will close 15 mins before the end of your party.
Unfortunately no outside food or drink with the exception of birthday cakes, can be brought onto the premises.
Non Exclusive Parties - £15 per child

About Our Non-Exclusive Parties
Days available: Monday – Friday.
Times available: Any of our play session slots.
Description:
Our Non-exclusive parties run alongside our normal play session with other members of public.
These parties are 2 hours long.
You have reserved seating for the adults and a party table prepared for our little party guests to have lunch.
This package is for a minimum of 5 children and a maximum of 10.
Price for a non-exclusive party is £15 per child and includes a lunch box and drink for each child.
Unfortunately we do not allow other food to be brought in for the non-exclusive parties, with the exception of birthday cakes.
Price includes 1 free adult entry per child. Additional adults will be charged the additional adult fee.
This package is for a minimum 5 children and maximum 10.
