Welcome to Munchkins Play Cafe!
Hey there! We’re so glad you’ve chosen to spend your time at Munchkins Play Cafe. We’ve created a space where your little ones can play, explore, and make new friends, while you sit back and enjoy a well-deserved break.
Booking and Cancellation
We know life with kids can be unpredictable, so we’ve made our booking process as flexible as possible. You can book your visit online using our handy booking calendar. We recommend pre-booking to secure your spot and avoid any disappointment. If you need to cancel or change your booking, please give us at least 48 hours notice. This allows us to offer your slot to another family. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or transfers for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice.
Safety First
Your child’s safety is our top priority. Our play areas are designed to be safe and fun. However, accidents can happen. We ask that you keep an eye on your little ones and encourage safe play.
Respect for Others
We’re all about community here at Munchkins. We ask that you and your children treat others with kindness and respect. Any form of bullying or aggressive behavior won’t be tolerated.
Food and Drink
We have a lovely cafe area where you can enjoy a range of snacks and drinks. To keep our play area clean and safe, we ask that food and drink are only consumed in the cafe area. Please note that only food and drink purchased at Munchkins Play Cafe can be consumed on the premises. We kindly ask that no food from outside is brought in.

We value your privacy. Any personal information you provide during the booking process is kept secure and never shared with third parties. You can read more about this in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
From time to time, we may need to update these terms and conditions. We’ll do our best to notify you of any major changes, but you can always find the most current version on our website.
